The TWNYS 2019 JURY HAS GIVEN ITS VEREDICT
The TWNYS is an Award to recognize independent filmmakers and their work, created by the Founder of DWNTWNR, Agatino Zurría, and his co-producers Aurelina Romero, Luba Parada and Luis Vivas. Because they also submitted their productions and were nominated accordingly in the same spirit of Inclusion, they could not be the ones voting for the TWNYS. So they looked for professionals in different areas of filmmaking (and outside of it), who did not have any connection to any of the films, in order to cast their votes. Here are the people who participated as Jury. Rosalinda Rodriguez Actress ROSALINDA RODRIGUEZ, ACTRESS, ACTING TEACHER. Born in Mexico, Rosalinda's success began in Miami, with her numerous participations in Telenovelas and Series like: El Cuerpo del Deseo, La Casa de Al Lado, La Revancha, and Mariposa de Barrio, among others. She is also known in the International stage scene with her starring roles in plays by Federico García Lorca and Josep María Miró.
